Our Story

It all started in early 1997 in a village near Litomyšl called Dolní Újezd, where we began manufacturing windows and staircases with just two employees. Since then, the company has grown rapidly. Let’s take a look at how everything evolved.

2026

Following the establishment of our Slovak subsidiary, we expand into the United Kingdom by setting up a company for invoicing and payments. At the same time, we modernise production with a CEFLA Smartclean 33S automatic finishing line and Prima EVO P spraying machine, increasing capacity, efficiency and consistent finishing quality.

2025

We achieve ISO 14001 certification, use materials from responsibly managed forests and reduce the environmental impact of our operations. We also obtain ISO 9001 certification to support the consistent quality of our products and services.

2024

In response to long-term growth, we expand our production hall and offices, creating more space for production, new machinery, material storage and team growth. The investment improves production efficiency and working conditions. We also add a new CNC DRILLTEQ V-310 to our machinery.

2023

We acquire a new facility in Nová Ves near Litomyšl, adding 600 square meters of production space. Our technology portfolio is expanded with a COSTA wide-belt sander, an ORMA veneer press, and a new HOMAG Drillteq CNC machine. In addition, we increase our storage capacity by a further 1,700 square meters.

2022

New technologies are once again added to our production, including a modern Altendorf panel saw and an automatic veneer processing machine. This year also marks an important milestone as the history of TPR officially reaches 25 years of experience.

2021

We further improve our working environment by implementing a central air extraction system from Coima, significantly enhancing air quality in the production hall and reducing waste. As another step forward, TPR nábytek joins the Association of Czech Furniture Manufacturers. We are also featured in a leading Czech furniture magazine as a unique example of innovation in production capabilities.

2020

Another major technological investment takes place with the acquisition of the Winstore 3D K2 robotic storage system, maximizing efficiency in material handling and warehouse operations.

2018

2018 is a significant year for the company. Following the successful Calvin Klein project, a new production hall is built in Litomyšl, Czech Republic, enabling us to expand our services to include concrete finishing. Additionally, a nearby building close to the company headquarters is purchased for renovation, allowing TPR to further develop its office spaces.

2017

We become holders of the FSC certification, confirming that in our production we use materials sourced from responsibly managed forests. This step reflects our commitment to responsible use of natural resources, environmental protection, and support for sustainable, long-term responsible business practices.

2016

As production continues to grow, additional space is required. New finishing and packing rooms are built, and the machine room is extended. At this point, the TPR team grows to 35 employees.

2015

With the support of public funding, we invest in a new HOMAG edge-banding machine and expand production to include varnishing and burnout rooms.

2014

The company continues investing in technology with the purchase of a vacuum press and a CNC Weeke drilling machine.

2012

The IMOS production system is implemented, significantly improving production efficiency and providing better control of internal processes. The company also invests in additional HOLZ-HER technologies.

2011

Renovation works are fully completed, and midway through the year the company relocates to the new production hall and headquarters.

2010

Due to steadily increasing production since 2006, larger facilities become necessary. In 2010, the company purchases land and older buildings near the village of Pohodlí, Czech Republic. After renovation, a new headquarters with a total area of 1,600 square meters is established.

2007

Further investments are made in new technologies to expand production capabilities and maintain top product quality.

2006

A major turning point occurs as the first commercial inquiries arrive. Production grows rapidly, and new employees are hired on a regular basis. At this time, the company employs 10 production workers and 2 supervisors, and the first office spaces are constructed.

2002

We begin systematic investments in technological development, which later prove to have a significant impact on the company’s growth. The first major purchases include a large shaping saw and an edge-banding machine, enabling us to increase capacity and meet growing demand for custom furniture.

1997

The story begins in early 1997, when the company Truhlářství Pavel Rejman is founded and starts producing wooden windows and staircases. As demand grows, the portfolio is gradually expanded to include residential interiors.
